About Mythic Deal

Most card marketplaces treat a Magic card like a barcode: one price, take it or leave it. That is not how players actually trade. In a pod, a deal gets made — you say what a card is worth to you, the other person says what they need, and you meet somewhere sensible.

Mythic Deal is that conversation, online. Buyers post funded bounties for the cards they actually need. Sellers with those cards in their binder see the demand and decide whether the offer is worth it. Nobody lists into the void, and nobody haggles with a stranger who has no money behind the offer.

• Shop — buy a listed card outright at the seller's price, or make an offer and negotiate.
• Bounties — name the cards you need and the price you will pay, and attach payment up front. A seller who has the card can claim the bounty and the deal closes immediately.
• Binder — digitise your collection privately. You only sell when a match shows up and the price is right.
• Payment — held when a buyer commits, released to the seller after the card is delivered and the order closes.

We charge 5.8% commission + $0.30 per transaction, split evenly between buyer and seller. That is it — no listing fees, no subscription, no fee to post or fund a bounty, no charge for the pricing data, deck tools, or Copilot.

The fee is shown in full on every offer and at checkout before you commit. If an order is refunded, our commission is refunded with it.

Mythic Deal is a venue and a payment router. We are not a card shop: we never take possession of a card, and we do not grade or authenticate inventory. The seller is the merchant of record for every sale.

What we do own is the safety net around the trade — holding the funds, requiring tracking, enforcing a zero-tolerance counterfeit policy, refunding lost mail at the seller's cost, and keeping a public track record on every seller so you can see who you are dealing with before you pay.
